You said you were a junior with slightly different stats (i.e. SAT 2370 and 8 AP’s taken so far) in your other posts so it’s hard to know which profile to chance you on.

@Multiverse7 no this is my correct profile; i apologize for former confusion - the previous posts were for a friend

You don’t have a perfect 2400 nor did you cure cancer. At best you’ll get waitlisted from HYP. Good luck.

^This guys a troll.

You are in range for a ivy league acceptance, but since admissions are such a crapshoot, thats all I can say.

Any real thoughts or advice from anyone?

"Any real thoughts or advice from anyone? "

Do your best then pray!
You might get into one of them.

HYP: Reach to high reach

Admissions to these schools are unfortunately a crapshoot, and all are high reached but I think that you have a chance at admission to one. Best of luck! Check out my thread if you can please

Thanks @20more @ptkid16. Anyone else have any remarks?

Yes, they will accept but I don’t think they may give hundred percent scholarship. Maybe %25?

^ ^ ^
All the institutions you’ve mentioned predominantly provide need-based grants (few, if any, merit scholarships), all have “need blind” admissions, and all meet “100 percent of the demonstrated need.” You may wish to run the universities’ NPCs, to ascertain what FA you are likely to receive (until you do so, the aforementioned 25 percent figure is purely speculation).

Think about this:

You have OUTSTANDING Test Scores (in ACT AND SAT)
Outstanding GPA, Class Rank
Done LOADS of ECs, Voluntary,Job Experience
And have FANTASTIC essays (I saw in your other post that you are a competitive national level writer!)
You don’t have any felonies or suspensions (atleast none mentioned)

Now give me one reason ANY university will reject you!

…Because they only have so many seats? It’s never a guaranteed thing.

You understand the only ives that have undergrad finance are Upen and Cornell… Good shot at cornell aem

@determined3200 Thanks! I appreciate it haha. It’s been a long ride but def worth it in retrospect
@atuckertransfer Yeah I applied for general business for most, but will figure out a way to concentrate

Wait, so they don’t have your major? You want to get accepted to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, and Stanford (etc.) and they don’t have your major?

General Business for MIT and Stanford? Really?

I am afraid you are not going to ring true, regardless of your proven track record. How will going to any of these schools for undergrad benefit either you or them?

Please let me know if you get accepted to Stanford for “General Business.” Or if you get accepted to MIT. I would be astonished- and it has nothing to do with your obviously impressive accomplishments.

Do you understand that higher education is part of the arc of a process and admission is not just a trophy for “doing well” up until now?

Good luck. I hope you get into a school that is a good match for your life goals, and not just a marquee-brand trophy. Have faith that you can get an MBA from any of these great schools after your undergrad.

You seem very qualified and have outstanding scores and such. The only reason you couldn’t get into any of these schools is just pure lack of availability as almost all competitive applicants are in the same boat.

@ItsJustSchool I don’t particularly care about my major; to an extent, I think a college degree is worthless in terms of actually knowledge - it helps more with employment opportunities.

I’m intent on pursuing entrepreneurialism, and on attending one of these schools (Harvard ideally) not because it offers me the best proverbial path to my 9-5 job, but rather, because I can use its resources to launch my own business.

@ItsJustSchool also I applied undecided to a number
Just didn’t have time to check what I listed for each before I posted

No SCEA acceptance or likely letters? Your testing pattern (among other things) may have flushed out your raw credentialism to seasoned HYP application readers and the like.

Fortunately, there are many other good universities who will love your test scores. Best of Luck!
