<p>extras: honor societies (business, LOTE, english, national), community service clubs like red cross and key club, work experience over 300 hrs, xc track for 4 years, volleyball 2 years, baseball 2 years</p>

<p>classes: 6 APs, 3 IBs, Rest Honors [3 IBs, 1 AP Senior Year, Currently with like a 93 1st quarter overall grade]</p>

<p>reccomendations: 3 very very kick butt teacher recc's
essay: very solid essay reviewed and edited by many</p>

<p>if it helps, i am a hispanic out of state student attending a public school that sends about top 15 percent to top schools maybe even less</p>

<p>I’m not familiar with the GPAS being on a 100 point scale, however…</p>

<p>Very good courseload, yet your SAT’S and Rank are a bit low.</p>

<p>Being from MA and knowing many kids who have been accepted, I would say GPAS should be 3.6+ on a 4.0 scale. This is what the college says as far as admission into UMASS itself:</p>
