Chance Me Please for Ivys, MIT, Caltech, Stanford, UChicago, CMU, Duke, Rice

I am quite concerned about my lack of CS/Econ extracurriculars actually. Most of my extracurriculars have been science and math since I have naturally been good at those subjects, but I really just don’t want to major in hard sciences and do research or be an engineer for a living. I do regret not doing USACO though, my school’s CS program has not been well organized and I didn’t try to start a club on my own since I already did that for physics. If I were to apply for physics/math how would that work out? For schools that claim to not take major choice into account in admissions, does my choice still affect their decisions?
