<p>I attend a very competitive school in katy tx. Graduate in 2015. Gpa around 4.25-4.3. Top 11-13%. SAT 1790. 530 verbal. Haven't taken ACT yet. Varsity sport 4 years. NHS Volunteer work. Applying to Mays. What are my chances ?</p>
<p>At your current position, you would be a review admit with an ok chance. Like the Engineering major, Business is also very popular and full of academic admits/top 10%. You have the time to work on your scores to be an academic admit or alternatively a top 10% by GPA. Good luck!</p>

<p>Auto admits that apply early normally get their majors. The ones who apply later take the risk of not getting their major as it fills up with earlier applicants. No one knows from year to year how many applicants there will be for which majors, but the school has had consistently more applicants each year making it more competitive for the popular majors.</p>
