I think you have a fantastic shot at UCSB Computer Science. I’m shocked you got rejected from UCD and UCSD. Out of curiosity, did you apply to UCD for the “Computer Science and Engineering” major? CSE is in the College of Engineering, and tends to be more competitive than a pure CS degree, which is under the College of Letters and Science. For UCSB and UCSD however, CS is only offered under the College of Engineering. Still, your stats are very good for the College of Engineering.
@WidgetMurray Yes, I applied to UCD for Computer Science and Engineering. I got waitlisted at UCSD, not rejected. And thank you sir for your input. I’m a bit worried about SB after these rejections.
