Chance me please! (hispanic aiming for top-tier schools)

Hi, I'm starting my senior year this fall and my parents have high expectations for me when it comes to applying to schools. Here's my list so far:
Reaches: Stanford, Princeton (dad's an alumni), Brown, UPenn, Dartmouth, Duke, Amherst
Within Range: UNC Chapel Hill (mom's an alumni)
Safeties: UMass Amherst, Suffolk (my dad is a professor there and my older sister currently attends)

Here are my stats:
SAT1: overall: 1920 CR: 690 Math: 580 Writing: 650 (7 on essay)
SAT2s: 640 biology E, 740 Spanish, 620 literature (I plan on only submitting bio and spanish)
ACT: 31 composite, 34 reading, 31 writing (8 on essay), 25 math, 31 science
GPA: 4.48 out of 4.75, 3.77 on a regular scale
Class rank: 7 out of 128
Ethnicity: hispanic (3/4 puerto rican, 1/4 spanish from Spain)
I've taken all honors courses since freshman year, along with AP Biology and AP US History. This year I'm also taking AP English, AP Spanish, and AP psychology (those are all the APs my school offers besides those in other languages and calc).
ECS: -captain of varsity cross-country team, captain of varsity track team
-member of Academic Decathlon for 4 years, got an honorable mention in music last year
-won honorable mention in National Spanish Exam, along with another HM in a state-wide art competition freshman year
-member of National Spanish Recognition Program and National Honors Society
-300+ hours of community service, 200+ of those hours done as a volunteer at Boston's Museum of Science (still volunteering there)
-currently employed as a part-time cashier at a bakery
-member of a bunch of different clubs and freshman year we took some national test (I forget the name) and I scored in the 98th percentile and got a certificate but I'm not sure if that counts for anything

So yeah, I realize I'm shooting very high. Right now I'm studying to retake the SATs in November and hopefully raise my score another 100-200 points. I'm also considering retaking the Bio SATs. My parents are banking on the fact that I'm hispanic to get me into good schools, but I'm not too sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a ton!

Urm will help

You have an avg chance at your reaches, but your test scores are a low and you dont have stellar ECs. URM will help you a lot.

Chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1378385-please-chance-me-harvard-ea.html

What do you guys think I’d need as a minimum score on my SATs and SAT 2 bio to get in? I have like 2 months to prepare haha

For the best chance, get a 2200+ on the SAT and 750+ on the SAT 2. Yeah, it’ll help that you’re a URM, but these top schools reject many URMs with better scores than you have right now.

Raise Bio to 750+ and SAT 1 to 2200+.

if you get your SATt up to around 2150-2200 you will have a great shot at all your schools, maybe getting your ACT up 1-2 points might be easier
