chance me, please (hispanic from midwest)

could anyone give me their opinion on my chances?

GPA: 3.7 unweighted (straight As and A+s from junior year up, upward trend, strong commonapp essay regarding my lack of maturity as an underclassman and how i turned my gpa around)
school: CAS
major: linguistics

SAT I: 2110 cw: 640 math: 700 writing: 770
SAT II: spanish: 740 lit: 670
APs: World (as a freshman), US, Lit, Lang, micro econ, macro econ, spanish, psych, gov, calc AB
courses: honors and AP since freshman, three languages spanish french and german
hook: I excel in foreign languages, have taken 6 years of spanish, 2 of french, 1 of german, love traveling and foreign cultures, I'm half puerto rican so I have experienced other cultures already, also I am a non-native speaker and do not speak spanish at home so it's not like the 740 SAT is a given

(will being half puerto rican from midwest help?)

recommendations: great

supplement essay was well written in my opinion if anyone wants to read it, it ties in my ECs to my future aspirations

ECs: i dont have a humongous list of leadership roles and volunteer hours, however...

spanish club for 2 years, ran for president, lost, but was asked by the teachers to be "advisor to board" since the girl who won wasn't really what they had in mind
-jv lax freshman year, doesnt really count, but i had to stop playing sports in general for a long time due to a stress fracture in my spine
-division A rec soccer league this year
-assistant teacher for religious education class of eight graders
-random volunteering for church throughout 4 years

the ec i most stressed on my app was a People to People Student Ambassador program that I prepared for throughout soph year and actually participated in the following summer, consisted of a 3 week trip to England and France, basically said in my supplement essay that I realized I wanted to work internationally after that trip due to my love of the cultures I experienced. also visiting France is what prompted me to take french, and consequently german as well

thank you very much to anyone who gives me feedback.

I would say mid to high reach. Your ECs are a little lacking and your SAT is a little low. The upward trend in your GPA is a great thing though. It does kind of depend on what school at Penn you are applying to.

Good luck!
