Chance me, please! - HYP, Other Ivy League

I'm entering my junior year and I'd like to see what my chances shape up to now to see what I could do to improve them.

SAT: 2350
PSAT (took soph year, so not official): 227
APs: not back yet
SAT II: 770 on Chem and World History

ECs:
Help teach tennis to special needs children since freshman year.
Varsity tennis and golf
FBLA, and Key club member (not able to get leadership positions yet because of being an underclassman)
Fluent also in Korean and Spanish
Physics, Chemistry, World History Olympiad (1st place)
National Spanish Exam- gold medal

Any suggestions as to what I could do?

Oh, it was a very long time back, but I was on Jeopardy in 7th grade, so that could work as a hook, maybe...

GPA? unweighted and weighted

Unweighted: 4.0
Weighted: 4.19

You’re in good shape. I believe Princeton (and maybe Harvard) require 3 SAT II scores.

Continue to strengthen your extracurricular endeavors, if you have the opportunity to do/create/participate in something spectacular between now and application time, take it.

Develop close relationships with some teachers this & next year so you can have good LORs.

Continue to maintain your perfect GPA of course and to take the most rigorous curriculum available this coming year and senior year. How many APs/Honors have you taken thus far?

Also, if available, what is your class rank?

Thanks so much for your input :)

So far, I’ve taken two APs, the only ones our school allowed sophomores to take. Other than that, all Honors classes.

My school does not release school rankings, so I don’t have that information. I’d estimate in the Top 5 though…

Strengthening EC’s can never hurt, but it likes like you’re in good shape!

Remember to keep a challenging course load! You might also want to add leadership positions and some more ECs (but stay focused). It would help to think of essay ideas now too!
