Chance Me Please + I have a few questions

I'm sure many of you are sick of all of these chance threads, but please bear with me as I'm one of the many nervous high school seniors, and most people in the what are my chances thread overlook nyu when they respond.
I'm applying to NYU Stern ED II for Finance. I'm Indian, if that makes much of a difference. Here are my stats:

-91.6% GPA, slight downward trend
-Attend magnet school
-Prospective IB Diploma Candidate
-2100 on SATs (660 math, 650 cr, 790 writing) - Retook in December and praying for better scores :)
-Subject Tests: 650 bio, 640 math 2
-2 Club Presidencies (one political club and one debate club), Founding third club this year (business-related club), involved heavily in all of them and have state level positions in the political and debate club; officer of technology club, secretary and co-founder of fitness club
-400 hrs of community service through 2 activities
-Founded tutoring company alongside a classmate
-NHS; National Merit Commended Scholar
-Licensed EMT

What are my chances? I'm also applying to: UTexas and their Business Honors Program (my second choice), UC Berkeley, Cornell, UPenn, WUSTL, UMichigan, Lehigh, Carnegie Mellon, UVA, Villanova, and Maryland.

I'm worried about Stern seeing my poor SAT IIs for math and bio and rejecting me over those. I'm retaking them in January, but they wouldn't get results in time. Any advice/guidance? How much does Stern weight the essay - I put in a cliche character that I regret doing, but overall the essay turned out to be pretty solid in my opinion. Also, the magnet school I attend focuses on the sciences. Would NYU see this as a bad thing in any aspect?

Thank you very much to those who took the time to read and respond.

Sorry to sound mean but:
For Stern:
Low GPA Low SATI and SAT II (NYU doesn’t take much look at writing. So far Math+CR is the important part) (1310 in this case. Stern Average should be 1450 or somewhere like that.)
You have to improve your math, and other things.
EC is okay.
If you get good recommendations, you will still have some chance.

a 92% GPA is about a 3.5-6 is in the lower average for NYU, and your 2100 is fine for NYU in general, but both are low for Stern. I would say you have a chance if you wrote good essays and stood out in your app. As for the other schools, I think your applying to schools that are kind of out of your range. You can still get into GREAT schools, but most Ivy/Berkeley applicants are 4.0 2200 type ppl. Then UMich, UVA, Villanova, and Carnegie Mellon are also like 3.8-4.0 2100 schools.

Texas if your out of state is impossible to get into not even for honors program because of the issues with they automatically accept the top 10% of applicants in state and some other things.

thanks for the feedback. jjohn, a 92% equates to a 3.7/4.0 unweighted (my school doesn’t weight).

Oh alright. I had just figured 92=A-…A-=~3.6. But, w/e what I said applies regardless.
