Chance me please! I need your help

I am a senior at a competitive public high school applying for fall 2010 (class of 2014). I am Caucasian.

ACT: 32
SAT II: 650 US Hist, 650 Math II, 670 Chem
GPA: 4.75 W, 3.92 UW
By the time I will have graduated, I will have taken 9 AP classes. I am in the top 7% of my class.

I have played 5 instruments throughout my lifetime (cello, piano, tenor sax, clarinet, oboe) and I am drum major (conductor and leader) of the marching band at my school. I also am principal tenor saxophone in the school's wind ensemble. In my freshman-junior years, I played in advanced jazz band. Freshman year, every Tuesday and Thursday I went to the local middle school to help an after school 6th grade orchestra that could not occur during the school day due to money constraints. I conducted them occasionally and also mentored the cellists. I am treasurer of the Tri-M Music honors society at my school and head of the gig committee and the fundraising committee.

Two summers ago, I traveled to China "to promote harmony with the Olympic Spirit." I performed in a mass band in the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing and the Oriental performing arts center in Shanghai. We were also supposed to perform on the Great Wall but could not due to weather concerns.

Recently, I have also been working on an Environmental Science project. I have constructed an apparatus that uses concentrating solar thermal technology to boil saltwater to desalinate it. I plant to make it cheaply enough to use in developing countries as a source of inexpensive clean water. I also wrote an essay about concentrating photovoltaic technology that won a $1000 prize at a local science competition

I received the Wesleyan Junior Book Award, an award that the top 5% of the junior class gets. Students are nominated by teachers.

I lead mass at church and I am the youth representative of the parish on the stewardship council as well.

I have many other club memberships (National Honors Society, Mock Trial, California Scholarship Federation, venture club, etc), and over the course of my high school career, I have completed 540 hours of community service.

I am also planning on getting a letter of recommendation from someone on one of President Obama's advisory committees.

Do I have a chance at Columbia early decision or Princeton/Yale/Harvard/Dartmouth/Brown/Cornell/any other excellent school regular decision? Im afraid my test scores are too low, I am planning on redoing my subject tests and the ACT twice more.

(For some reason I dont think my other post went through)
