sorry also one other thing when I say music I mean vocal performance!thanks again!

bump…please someone!

Sure!

Your extra curriculars seem pretty good! You have a good amount of service hours, that is always very nice.

Your GPA isn’t bad for your courses, and your schedule seems pretty good.

Perhaps you should take either the ACT of SAT again. Raising your score several points could help your chances tremendously.

Sever of those on your college will be reaches: American, Northwestern…
However, the others are certainly doable.

Keep working hard and finish your senior year strong! :)

Here is mine:

I’m gonna go ahead and agree with grayson. Your SAT really inhibits you from some of the highest schols on your list (Northwestern, etc.), so retaking it and getting about a 2000 would help you a lot. Your URM status and ECs will help you, and I wish you the best of luck.

Northwestern - I have many friends that go there, you seem to have all of the same things they had , academic wise. probably a very good chance. but like also stated above your test scores might be a bit iffy. i would go for it though.

Depaul - definantly would get accepted.

Columbia College Chicago - LOL dont even bother. unless you are like an art genius. while there are many famous directors or film tech. people that have a degree from here the rest of the students only go here because mommy and daddy have a lot of money and as long as you have the money you’re in. literally. i took summer courses here, i knew more about the subject than the teacher. its a joke.

Try to bring your SAT scores up by at least 100 points or your ACT score to a 29-31.

I’d say you’ve got a pretty good chance. I wouldn’t worry too much about raising your scores. Not every single person who gets accepted has outstanding scores! ( I’d kill to get a 27  )
