Chance Me Please, I will Chance Back!

I'm going to apply for the 2014 fall semester and was wondering what my chances are.
My school doesn't rank its' students but it is very competitive.

ACT: 32
I have a special situation where I went through medical issues during my junior year which really affected my grades but will include in supplemental essays with doctor note. Had a 4.8w and 3.96uw before my medical troubles unfortunately.

Colleges:
University of San Diego
Boston University
American
Vassar
Bentley
Villanova
Indiana
GWU
UCLA
USC
NYU

Question: Should I aim lower or higher? Hard to judge because of what happened in my Junior year.

USD: Low match
BU: Low match/Match
American: Safety
Vassar: Reach
Bentley: Safety
NYU: Match (CAS)/High match (Stern)
GWU: Match
Indiana: Safety (both Kelley and regular)
UCLA: Match
USC: High match
Villanova: Low match/Match

Thanks! should I aim at anything higher? Will colleges listen to my story?

You have a solid GPA for a varsity baseball player, regardless of your story (which I’m sure you can mention in your CommonApp essay, or other supplements. Just don’t make it a pity one) Sure I think you can aim higher at a couple reaches, like Northwestern/Vandy/Rice or such?

Thanks, do you think I should consider Brandeis?

I would say you can get into every one.

Anything I can do to get across my situation?
