Chance Me Please! I WILL CRY!

Your stats sound somewhat similar to mine. Honestly, I think your biggest problem is that you need to stand out. Your GPA, ACT and Extracurriculars are nothing special and for that reason there really is no way to know if it will be you or a similar version of you that gets in.
I really do wish you good luck and I agree with what others have said: Pick three activities and focus on them, that will look much better than doing many smaller things. This year I am also in 4 APs and calc, time management wise I understand. What I do is work on EC stuff from 3-5 then homework from 5:30 till 10ish.
Good luck and I hope my advice helps. :)

I was pretty emotional when I wrote that schedule btw… I don’t even study for Psychology at home except in school.

Here’s mine today.
Half day.

 • 4PM enjoy the beautiful weather
 • 4-5 Trig/study for test
 • 5-6 English reading
 • 6-6:30 APHG assignment
 • 6:30 - 7:30? Bio assignment

Tomorrow at lunch
Physics worksheet
Study Psychology in division for the quiz

Thank you! I know I’m working on it! I spend about, on average the same amount of time. I’m trying to “stand out” but I don’t know how! :/

I have seen very few people with my stats get in which scares me the most… Since I’m applying ED I have two whole months next year to concentrate on this app. (: We’ll see what happens. Then again its still early in the semester and only time will tell my true grades or my ACT score.

If you take out my freshman year GPA, my GPA is prettty good. Also I was wondering writing about myy kidney problems freshman year, the hospital I love to volunteer in, and how I was affected in the essay. What do you think?

Honestly, I am sure that your school is extremely difficult. However, you need to just pick a few activities to do. Don’t do sports or an activity because you feel you should. Do them because you have a genuine interest in them. Having a passion for a few activities is much more meaningful. Try not to spread yourself too thin. It is not worth your health and sleep-deprivation.

Thank you.(: Well meaningful things to me are volunteering and basketball/tennis.(: I’m almost caught up with makeup work and I’m sure once I’m done not only will my grades improve [because other classes besides Bio will be getting more attention] my SLEEP will too! (:
