<p>i’d say MIT and Cornell are reaches since they’re reaches for anyone, but UVA, Vtech, and GAtech seem like low/mid match schools for you :)</p>

<p>As far as I can see, you are a lock at vtech and ga tech. Uva I can see you getting in also but its not a lock. Cornell I think you have a fair shot. As for MIT, I’m not sure. But you are a solid candidate for any of those schools, sat score might have been what deferred you from mit.</p>

<p>ga and va tech are not gonna be issues for you. it’s up in the air if you’re applying to cornell engineering. my best friend got rejected, and he got into the most competitive program at CMU. you have a good shot at getting into UVA. if you really want to go to MIT, bombard them with emails, extra recommendations, etc. let them know how badly you want to go here. good luck!

<p>In my opinion, based on what you’ve posted, you’re pretty much guaranteed admission to Vtech and UVA. The others, I’m not too familiar with.</p>
