There might be some things I'm forgetting, but the list above looks really long already, so I'll end it here. What are my chances?? :O

George Washington Uni/NYU: Your math score might hurt you, but other then that youre fine. Are you willing to take it again, and just focus on getting a good math score?
University of Virginia: Because you are out-of-state you would need an SAT of like 2400 to actually stand a good chance. AND YOU NEED TO VISIT. Dead serious, they track who visits, and if you don’t…well forget about it.
University of Michigan: I know someone who got in here who wasn’t nearly as smart as you. Actually she got into the honors college. Youre good to go
Georgetown Uni: I’m actually considering applying there, if I don’t get into Duke ED…I think you have a good shot, but it a selective school.
UC Berkeley/UCLA: Still pretty selective, but you stand a good shot.

I think you should look into some safety schools, just in case? Good luck!

You have fair chances with pretty much all of these (though you should get some safeties), but I would suggest retaking the SAT to get your math score up because that would improve your chances a lot more.
