<p>I'm 17 this year, and I'm applying for Regular Decision.</p>
<p>I did my IGCSEs in June 2012 and got 9A*s and 1A. It's a CGPA of 42.7, average of 4.3 (weighted) 4.0 (unweighted)</p>
<p>I play the violin, and have toured with the Asian Youth Orchestra around Asia. I was invited to participate in the English Schools Orchestra in London in 2012 and toured with the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra around Brisbane. </p>
<p>I won the Silver Awards in the International Youth Arts Festival 2011 for the Solo, Duet and Trio Categories too.</p>
<p>I've done quite a lot of community work, and raised around $3000 for an Autistic Support Centre in Malaysia, and led a charity team to donate to the flood and landslide victims.</p>
<p>I've done an internship in an accounting firm. I was also the captain of the school debate team, and I was an academic decathlon and got Academic Colours and stuff. I joined the Math Olympiad Squad as well. I also did some athletics in high school. </p>
<p>I rank second in a class of approx 80?</p>
<p>I've also attended workshops held by Tony Buzan, and conductor James Judd.</p>
<p>I submitted a CD recording of my violin playing too.</p>
<p>I got a 730 for my Physics SAT II and 770 for Math Level 1. The Physics is a horrendous mark, but I can't retake because I'm doing a reasoning test in Jan.</p>
<p>I'm also getting an additional recommendation by a member of the Board of Overseers (Harvard)</p>
<p>My Essays definitely aren't amazing to me, but they're pretty good in construction and content. Askif you want to take a look I'll send it to you.</p>
