Wow, your stats are really impressive so far. Your course rigor is excellent. In order to chance more accurately, you would need to have your SAT’s, but assuming you do well on them…
MIT - reach
CalTech - low reach
Cornell - low/mid reach
Carnegie Mellen - high match/low reach
Columbia - mid reach

0.o…sigh…just b/c you and syraph go to my school…doesn’t mean you can steal my layout :P…anyway…i’d say you have a decent chance with the courseload, uh…SAT is something we need to get high…

Those are some tough schools. I would say that, provided your grades don’t tank and your scores turn out all right, you’ll get into Carnegie Mellon and have a decent chance at the other schools - however, your precise chances at Caltech, Cornell, and Columbia depend on factors that none of us can accurately gauge.

MIT, Caltech, and Columbia are reaches for anybody, but you’re ECs and APs are stacked so you have a decent chance.
Cornell is a slight reach but you have a solid chance.
Carnegie Mellon should be a match.
