THANKS A LOT FOR READING THROUGH THIS AND FOR POSTING ANY COMMENTS GUYS!!

Good chance for all of those schools, including the ivys. In order to ascertain your admission, try to take part in some competitions this senior year such as SIEMENS or other science related competitions. The Ivys look for these things, good luck!

better chance than 3/4ths of the students who apply to top schools… I bet you knew that. lol. your chances are great, and I suggest you to not post chance threads… people can be EVIL!! lol.

You’re impressive! I would say the only thing holding you back is the fact that your from New Jersey and tons of people from there apply to the top schools. But other than that, I think you have a chance at all those schools. Maybe you could try moving to the midwest?? Chance m back?

Honestly, you should have no problem getting into Cornell and Princeton. Dont listen to these people. You cant do much better on the SAT and a 3.7 is pretty good. Can you chance me back?

Your EC’s are very impressive and you have great stats to go with it! scratch that…amazing stats. Very well-rounded and it’s easy to see your strong interest in science and medicine. I would say that you have a very good chance at the most competitive schools. Good luck! :)

Fairly good ECs. A lot of volunteering which is always good.
GPA is a little worrying. What’s the trend? (Up, own, even… )
Just a few questions though,
For the research assistant at Princeton, have you been published? Are you getting a supplemental rec from the person?
Also, for your baseball, are you getting recruited?

If you are recruited and you have been published in a credible scientific journal, I would say you are only looking at lower level schools.
Even without the two, I think you’ll get into all of those you listed except for JHU, Brown, Cornell and Princeton which are more iffy and will depend on your essays and rec letters.

I might be published in a scientific journal at the end of this summer. It all depends on how quickly I am able to work through all the research and whether any complications arise in the research. I am not nearly good enough to be recruited by colleges, but do play on our school team. Finally, I do believe the professor I am working with write me a supplemental rec letter. Thank you everyone for chancing me!

Also, does anyone have any suggestions of what college I should EA/ED to? I live right next to Princeton and have heard that multiple people get into the University from my high school every year. Most of these people applied early. Also, I have also been told that my research there will boost my chances of acceptance. I do not mind the look and feel of the campus. Since I have been living her for almost 6 years already, I do not know whether I want to spend another 4 years in the same place.

I am also very, very interested in Cornell. I love the feel of the campus and throughly enjoyed my visit there. I am completely enthralled by its campus and would love to go there.

So, are there any suggestions as to which University I should apply early to?
