I read on their site if you have below a 24 on the ACT, they look at your core GPA and your class rank percentage.
I'm 27/281 and my cumulative GPA is 3.75 and my ACT score was 22. Do I qualify for that?

Test scores | Undergraduate Admissions | University of Missouri

ACT Scores:
Math: 17 (low I know)
English: 23
Reading: 27
Science: 22
Composite: 22

Here are my GPA listings from my second semester Junior year report card:

Yes, some students got kicked out.

I took the ACT 3 times and studied more and more each time and got a 22 every single time, I just don't do well with standardized tests.

Are there other things that could make me increase my chances not score-wise?
-senior year I'm doing an internship with my Business major.
-I work in the school store as a cashier and stocker.
-I'm in FBLA this will be my second year.
-I'm joining GSA and MAYBE Yearbook if I don't end up working during the school year.
-I've never been in any kind of trouble, never suspended, or have anything against me.(A kid I'm friends with on Facebook got accepted and he's fresh out of juvie and he still types lyke dis.)
-Hispanic (if that matters at all for anything..)
-My mother attended and graduated from there for graduate school a few years ago.
