Chance me please! I'm very worried

I'm a junior and I'm applying to college very soon. So my unweighted GPA is a 3.6 (I'll explain that later) my weighted is a 4.3 (top 10% of my class) My SAT is a 2100 and my ACT is a 31. So the only reason these are kind of low as well as my GPA is because my dad had heart disease which impacted my school performance. I was in England for the past three years( This is my main concern). In England, they dont have specific courses( algebra, algebra 2, precalculas, calculus etc) They just have Math over several years. On my GCSE'S (These are like the SAT's but for a specific subject and is very important to British colleges) I received 7A's and 1 B. Which is extremely good. I want to go into engineering or business, will not taking calculus affect my chances of admission? Now onto the positives:

I regularly tutor kids as my volunteer work.
I play guitar and I have for several years
I was a part of the swim team in England
I did work experience at a company called TCS and received great feedback.
This list is once again very short, because British universities dont emphasize EC's. I plan to bring all this up in my application and tell them about how difficult it is to transfer to America when I'm in my Junior year. I also volunteer at several clubs inside my school. I also ran a business inside my school and made money which was donated to several charities.
I am also an exceptional badminton player

I have almost all AP classes and I've always taken rigorous courses at my school.

My university list is :
A few ivy's (just for the heck of it)
University of Illinois Urbana champaign (I live in Illinois)
Boston university
NYU
Northwestern university
Texas a&m (safe school)
University of chicago
Thank you
