<p>Your ECs are genial in the first place… Standard UC fare, and nowhere near “unique” or “in depth” or “with many genuine interests” (you want to be in at least one of the three categories). </p>
<p>Secondly… it doesn’t matter where your teachers graduated from. A good recommender would give personal insights into the student and help show the admissions committee a detailed spectrum of the student’s interests and personality. </p>
<p>and… I usually mock “expected” scores. Especially ones as high (and potentially unrealistic) as yours. </p>
<p>Perfect possible score for the ACT, perfect scores for every subject test… why even ask for chances? You have scores in the 99th percentile and a perfect GPA (assuming your grades don’t slip at all)… what do you really want us to say? OMG!!! YOU’Re Going to HArVard???</p>
