<p>from what i see, all you need now is a good SAT score. i doubt that you can get in with just ACT. Besides, a 28 isn’t even that great. Everything else looks very good</p>

<p>Def. apply. If cmu si one of your top choice my advice would be do raise your ACT score by a bit.</p>
