<p>Congrats on stellar improvement on the SATs. In 2 years, you could be a strong transfer candidate at any of these schools.</p>
<p>I would not waste the ED on Cornell. A coach could not get a star athlete in with your rank. The same goes for Brown. These schools take almost no students, including the very hooked, with your rank.</p>
<p>You should use that ED on a school where your scores might give you a shot. Even CMU will be a major reach.</p>
<p>Depending on whether or not you need aid, ED at BU may make sense.</p>
<p>94% GPA at my school would probably put you in the top 5 kids out of 779 lol, curriculum is very rigorous.</p>
<p>I should also have two VERY good reccomendation letters in my application if that might make any thing diffrent. My friend last year went to Penn State and his SAT Scores were lower, but his rank was much higher, so will I be safe using Penn state as a backup incase Cornell and CMU Fail?</p>
