Chance me please! Stressing out!

Hey Everyone! I've been really worried and I'd like to get some peace of mind.

I am a Junior in one of the best high schools in the Bay Area. I am Iranian, my parents immigrated from Iran.

My Sophomore year my dad moved to Chicago and left my mom and I in California just so I could finish school at one of the best High Schools, I'm in my junior year and I still rarely see my dad but this whole event has given me some sort of a wake up call.

Sophomore year was not the prettiest; I recieved a 2.75 GPA and an in-school-suspension for arguing with a teacher about something I believed was unfair.

My accumulative 10-11 GPA would most likely be a 3.3
(does first semester senior year go towards my accumalative?)

Extra Curriculars:
Officer of several clubs
Member of countless clubs
Played JV Volleyball and Varsity Soccer
Winner of Mr. Mustang (mustang is our schools mascot) (Mr. Mustang is basically like a guys beauty pageant/talent show more of a comedy night)
ASB Rally Chair (Rally Chair is basically the host of the school and run rallies and are the head of the leadership class)
2 years of Leadership (Frosh and Senior)
Hours of volunteer work for countless charities
and much more

I have not taken the SAT or ACT what should I be aiming for on those tests?

With the given information and a good projected SAT/ACT score what're my chances to schools like UCSB,USC,UCLA?

THANKS SO MUCH

If there's any information I left out please let me know and I will clarify. I have a lot of anxiety and stressed out I'd like to receive some peace of mind.
SDG183 is online now

bump bump bump

With a 3.3 GPA, UCLA, USC and UCSB are pretty unlikely. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean its impossible. You should aim to score 2200+ on your SATs to “counteract” the GPA, and score 750+ on subject tests. Take 3; Math Level 2, a science, and a humanities.

Your EC’s aren’t that impressive, to be honest. Remember, you can only add 5 EC’s, 5 volunteer work, and 5 awards. So, these must be stellar 5s, not mediocre 5s. Mr. Mustang really isn’t all that impressive.

You should found a club or an organization of some sort, and really dedicate yourself to it.

USC, UCLA: Reach/Low Reach with current GPA, Low Reach with good SATs
UCSB: Low Reach

Study your ass off.

ok thank you
