I'm worried I applied to too many reach schools, especially after being deferred from Penn M&T/SEAS Early Decision. Help put my mind at ease (hopefully)?

Intended major: Biomedical engineering

Penn M&T/SEAS (Deferred)
UVA (EA)
Duke
Johns Hopkins
Tufts
Boston
Drexel
University of Delaware

Just kinda worried that I'm just a decent applicant but not great enough to push me over the edge at those selective schools. No major awards, no internships, not published...

Drexel and UD are my safeties, but I just wish I applied to more match schools!!

Oops I left out that I’m Asian and that I applied to the honors colleges at BU and UD. Bump!

Duke and Johns Hopkins are reaches (of course), but the other schools are either match, low match, or safety. Nice choices.

@Potato yeah i figured duke and jhu will always be reaches regardless, but for the other colleges, just hearing someone say that is a relief, thanks!

bump - anyone else?
