-EMT Paramedic school
-EMT for Operation Deepwater Horizon, which was the BP oil spill in the gulf. I worked about 2 shifts a week (12-16 hr shifts) for 8 weeks. Was out on a safety boat, and went around to the barges and did safety checks. Was also out on the actual barges that pulled in the oil soaked lines.
-2 full time jobs on an ambulance (84 hours/week, plus any late calls) in a major metro area that does only 911 calls, no transfers. Have had the jobs for nearly 2 years.
-Ski Patrol (ski resort EMS) 3 years
-Research assistant at a top 25 university, helped do some research on gun shot violence, and prevention.
-Psychology tutor for 6 months at a college. About 10 hours/week, with lectures on the weekend.
-Various EMS related certs, WMD operations for EMS, vehicle extrication (vehicle rescue aka jaws of life), wilderness search and rescue, ACLS, PALS, etc. etc. </p>
