Chance me please!!! (UC Schools + Others)

College apps are due soon and I'm really nervous...

I'm a white female who lives in California

Major: Neuroscience

WGPA: 4.1778
UWGPA: 3.8222
UC GPA: 4.15ish i think...

I was struggling my freshmen year and got many B's...
I took 11 AP's and got 4s/5s on them except for my freshmen year when I got a 2 in Ap chem

SAT: (pretty iffy) 670 math, 660 english, 650 writing = 1980 composite
ACT: (also iffy) 31 english, 30 reading, 28 math, 27 science = 29 composite

I usually get 31/32s on practice tests for act but I was really sick that day...do you think I still can retake it in December or is that cutting it too close?

ECCs (kinda lacking..I know):

JV Tennis (9th)
Varsity Tennis (10-12)
Cotillion (9-10)
S2S club: helped transition new kids into high school (9-10)
ABES club: recycling club (11)
Math Circle: for math olympiads (9)
Peer Counseling (12)
Link Crew (12)
volunteer at hospital (11-12)
French Club: organized french tutoring (9-12)
volunteered at different events all throughout high school

Work Experience:

2 internships at UCSD the summers of my junior and senior year for bio
tutoring girl right now in English outside of school

My family immigrated from Russia right before I was born so I guess I'm a first generation...I speak, write, and read in Russian

Schools:
UCSD
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Riverside
UCLA
University of Michigan
Boston University
USC
University of Washington
SDSU

Thanks for reading! If you have any suggested schools for me, feel free to add them

UCSD, UCD, UCI, UW, and SDSU - high match
UCR - safety
Michigan and BU - match
USC - low reach (basically depends if you have money and if you know someone)
UCLA - reach (it’s a reach for everyone)

Mine please?: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1567285-chance-transfer.html

I would say yes to all but its a maybe for UCLA

Thank you! Also I forgot to mention that my classes this year are: AP Gov, AP Comp Sci Data Structures, AP Statistics, Peer Counseling, World Literature, and a leadership class

Bumppppp pleaseee

my SAT subject scores are:
Math 2 (740)
Bio M (760)
Physics (740)

Awards:

Palomar League Champions (2 years), CIF Finalists, AP Scholar with Distinction, Scholar Athlete, Honor roll, and some more

UCSD: high match
UC Davis: match
UC Irvine: match
UC Riverside
UCLA: reach
University of Michigan: high match
Boston University: match
USC: low reach
University of Washington: match
SDSU: safety

You should be able to get into the Mid-Tier UCs as-is.

For Top 25 Unis such as UCLA, UCB and, USC it’ll all depend on your personal statement(s).

I’ve read enough personal statements to know that is impossible to give a good estimate without seeing the applicant’s statement. Most people’s statements absolute garbage; just terrible. Poor statements kill chances at competitive universities.

Your grades and test scores aren’t the best, but they are not auto-reject either. So it’ll be all about your statement for those schools.

I think you’ll be able to get into UCSD, UCI, UCR, UW BU and SDSU for sure.
UCLA is a bit iffy.

Please chance me too!

UCLA and USC are the only two that are reach; the SAT subject scores are definitely a strong point…
