Not sure how to assess these. Obviously I think they’re good, but haven’t seen any of the recos

Test scores/GPA look fine but are you willing to pay 60,000 for a UC since you’re OOS? Also weighted GPA for UCs is calculated differently for OOS students. Only AP/IB/DE classes taken in 10th-11th grades get the weighting.

Thank you for responding, @Hamurtle! Yes, a senior. I calculated UC C&W GPA using Rogerhub, so used only 10th and 11th grade AP courses for honors and hoping it’s in the ballpark. As for financing, crossing fingers and hoping for the best.
