Hello everyone i want your opinions on whether or not i would get accepted into UCF or any other good Florida schools. If you think getting an AA first then transferring to UCF is a better idea then please tell me why.

I am currently a senior with a weighted GPA of 3.475 which will increase. I have SAT scores of Math= 410 and Reading= 410 ( I only took it once). I have 80 hours of community service and strong essays.

Please tell me my chances of getting accepted into UCF is or if i should get my AA degree or if Try applying to another school that is not UCF.

What’s your unweighted GPA? Your SAT scores need to improve (especially if you want to go to FSU). Community service hours are whatever, but they’re not critical to an application (unless you pored like 1000 hours into one place).

Apply after improving. Ask UCF about their policy regarding taking the SAT / ACT after an application is submitted (like FSU still takes scores after the application is submitted for ED as long as they already have your scores from a previous test).

Thank you for the replies. I am taking the SAT in november and hoping to get into the 500 score range. my GPA should rise to a 3.6 in two semesters (maybe higher). What colleges or universities do i have a chance of getting accepted into with the situation i am in now?
