I'm guessing that i'm probably in the high-mid to high average pool of applicants for these colleges but i'd really like to know opinions from other people as well including advice perhaps on how to change somethings or improve some things on my app.

Thanks!

Your test scores are great, as is your GPA. I would say your biggest weakness is your lack of leadership positions in your ECs. The research is a huge asset to your app.
As is:
MIT: low reach
Northwestern: high match
UChicago: low reach

Good luck!

I agree with kitts95. Your AP scores and courseload are all very impressive and will definitely garner you some prepaid college credits, and show ANY colleges to which you’re applying that you are more than potentially ready to handle a rigorous curriculum. And of course the NMSQT semifinalist award is amazing, so kudos to you.

If your essays and recs are analogous to your grades, then I’m sure that you will give other people some pretty good competition with any college’s admissions.

MIT: low reach
UChicago: high match
Northwestern: match

Thanks, can anyone help me with the other schools?

HYP: reaches
Columbia: reach
Cornell: high match

all those schools seem to be in reach, i’d say northwestern/cornell/uchicago are all matches

Good chances all around.

Hey Pulkit <3

Omg hey Chris

HYP: Reach
UChicago: Low Reach
MIT: Reach
NU: High Match

Oh, and hi chris and pulkit!

hello .

Nothing special and Indian male => Do your best then PRAY!

NW and Cornell: Solid chances
