Use the Rogerhub UC GPA calculator and post your capped weighted and fully weighted UC GPA:

https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

UC’s weighted only UC approved Honors, AP/IB or DE courses (a-g) taken in 10-11th grades. The Capped weighted maxes out with 8 with semesters of these courses and Fully weighted has unlimited amount of these courses but taken only 10-11th grades. Since you are a CA resident, you can look up your UC approved courses for the extra honors points here by typing in the name of your HS:

https://hs-articulation.ucop.edu/agcmp/login#/

UCLA does not consider Legacy but having a parent work there may help depending upon what their position is at UCLA.

@Gumbymom thanks a lot. According to the link, my unweighted gpa is 3.8 and my w gpa is 4.44

Assuming you’ve calculated your GPA correctly, you are a very competitive applicant for all the UC.

Apply broadly though because there is some subjectivity to UC admissions

Good luck

@NCalRent I’m applying all the ucs save for 1, not taking any chances thanks for the input
