I am very competitive in Speech and Debate. I have qualified to my State Championships all three years so far, have won a state title and have gone to Nationals twice (very hard to go to). I have won titles at Stanford, Berkeley, SCU, etc. and am ranked top ten in CA in my event. I have been in numerous leadership positions as well (Chair, VP… running for president!)

-I lived abroad in Turkey for 3 years (5th-7th grade)
-Am fluent in Turkish, learned Spanish, intermediate German
-I am writing a novel at the moment, I plan on publishing it
I am planning on applying to the College of Letters and Science into the Life Sciences area, and want to focus on Society & Genetics. I may be changing my mind on this specific major, but I will be focusing on a more medicine based major.
