<p>Hello, I'm new to the forum :). </p>
<p>I'm currently a Junior in High School, but I thought I would get ahead.</p>
<p>Let's see.. I plan to either major in some kind of Engineering or Medical field, and I wish to go to NYU/UF. I live in Florida, and I plan to sign up for both of these schools for summer terms. </p>

<p>Last time i checked I was ranked 35 of my class (of like 500). At the end of my Junior year I should be top 5% or somewhere in the 20s. </p>
<p>Unweighted: 3.9 on a 4.0 scale.
Weighted: Around 4.5? Should be 4.7 after I graduate. According to the college scale. (I didn't include electives)</p>
<p>2009 PSAT Scores: 1820, without studying at all. I'm going to study really hard for the SATs though. I'm aiming for a 2000 or higher total score on the SATs. </p>
<p>Classes: I take all honors and AP. Currently I'm in three AP classes (Calculus, US History, and English), 1 honors, and 2 electives (PC Support 2 and French 3) and have A's in all of them. Freshman and Sophomore year I took 1 AP class each (the rest honors) and passed the APWH, with a 3. Senior year I plan to take a mix of high school classes and dual enrollment classes. I'll have a minimum of 3 AP classes. </p>
<p>Community Service Hours: Currently I only have 30 :(. But I'm signing up at the Florida Hospital to volunteer and get hours. I want a minimum of a 100 hours this year.</p>
<p>Extra Curriculars: This is what I'm scared about... Freshman and Sophomore year I did not do anything school wise. I was part of a Youth Church Group in Freshman year but that's about it... This year I'm in French Club, Eco Club, and Leo Club. I'm also Co-Founder of the World Maths Day Club. I'll join more clubs next year and get into NHS for sure. </p>
<p>I might get a job in the summer too. I'm also going to take 6 classes at a community college over the summer and get the credits for those classes. I'll be dual enrolled my senior year. </p>
