Chance me please! (uscga)

Your chances are very good. But all the service academies are a reach for almost everybody. Plus, the Coast Guard Academy is purely competitive (your Senator cannot help) and is the most demanding physically and medically. All that swimming is definitely a major plus.

So… definitely apply to the USCGA. It is your dream. Try it. Your SAT is above average for USCGA (avg is about 1850)

But… also consider applying to the US Merchant Marine Academy, which is a totally legitimate path to obtaining a commission as a Coast Guard officer.

Then… also apply for a Naval ROTC scholarship as a “Plan B.” You can then reapply to USCGA, if you do not make it the first time.

FINALLY: Keep studying and making good grades. Take the ACT soon, and retake the SAT. It never hurts to bring your scores up.
