Chance me please! UVa, Cornell, Dartmouth, Lehigh, Bucknell, RPI, CMU

3.8149 unweighted GPA. All honors and an AP class. I'm taking 5 AP's my senior year though.
My GPA kept getting better as high school went on. It was 3.58 freshman year, 3.89 sophomore year, and 3.97 junior year. I'm shooting for a 4.0 even with the 5 AP's for senior year. Not sure if that was relevant, but just thought I'd include it

Ranked 8th out of 348. Top ~2.3%
2120 combined SAT scores. 790 math, 630 CR, 700 writing
I will be taking 3 SAT II's in November. Looking for high 700's in math 2, biology and physics.

Senior Course load:
AP Psychology
AP Physics
AP Chemistry
AP Lang & Comp
AP Calculus
Gym/Health

EC:
4 years Cross Country-Varsity. Team Captain this year
Will be 4 years Indoor Track
Will be 4 years Outdoor Track
I've been extremely dedicated to my running, and this has taken a lot of time. So unfortunately, I don't really think I have any more EC's

Honors/Awards:
National Honor Society
Multiple All-Division, All-Class titles in XC and track. Hoping for All-State in cross country this year
Several math awards given by the school.

I'm hoping my essay is going to come out well, along with my teacher recommendations. One of them is from my AP Bio teacher from junior year, the other from the Math Department Head.

Please chance me for:
UVa (out of state)

UVA-45%

In response to: “whats so special about you?”
I have absolutely no idea. Crappy response, sorry, but I’ve thought about this for a while. I don’t know what’s special about me, if there is even anything.

UVa (out of state): No idea about this one; sorry.
Cornell: Low reach.
Dartmouth: Low-mid reach
Lehigh: No idea either.
Bucknell: No idea either.
RPI: Match.
CMU: Low reach.

I’d say you’ll definitely get into at least one of these; I’d be surprised if you didn’t.

Good luck! :)

Thanks. Bump for more chances

Lehigh and Bucknell you should both get into with no problems. CMU is probably a match. UVA (OOS) and Cornell are probably on the same level and as of now is probably a reach, however your first semester senior grades can go a long way in determining how big of a reach it is. Assuming you get at least a 3.9 this semester, they are probably low reaches. Dartmouth is a reach for you because of the relative weakness of your GPA and SAT. I would feel more comfortable with your chances if you had a 2200+.

Thanks. Dartmouth isn’t really my top choice anyway. I think at the moment, UVa is, although I don’t think that affects whether or not I’ll get in. Like I said about this year, I’m looking to have a 4.0 unweighted GPA. Too bad it doesn’t affect my chances

Bump 10char
