Chance me please!!! Veryyy importanth (will chance back)

Guys here are my details, please chance me based on your knowledge for the universities I have applied to.

SAT 1800, 530 CR, 640 M, 630 W (my critical reading is low)
TOEFL 111 (This should help compensate for my SAT score I guess)
SAT Subject tests, Physics 730, Maths level 2 640 (ki low)
Im studying under the indian CBSE system so my percentage for 9th and 11th is 89% and 75% respectively (my 11th is really low due to hospitalisation/medical reasons). My grade point for 10th is 9.0 out of 10.And my predicted aggregate for grade 12 is 93 (approximately).
I know my marks are kinda just above average but since the CBSE system is quite rigorous so I guess its relatively ok.
My extra cirriculars are great. Basketball, athletics, cricket, Model UN, various debating laurels, Vice president of the students council. All rounder award for 9th grade.
I have also got a rank of 12 in a regional science olympiad, appreciation letters from the principal for leadership and a few other academic achievements as well.
My essays are really good, if I say so myself. Got them proof read from my counselor.
Im have applied to the engineering program (mechanical engineering)

The colleges are :-
1. Purdue university (priority early application)
2. UMICH ann arbor (Early action)
3. UCSD
4. UCSB
5. UCD

UCSD and UCSB a big reaches given below average SAT and the fact they get lots of applicants from India with higher stats. I’m not sure UCD sees as many intnl applicants and the desperately need some full pays, so a maybe there. Michigan will also be tough.
