Duke (ED) low reach
Cornell CALS low reach
Georgetown high match
Johns Hopkins low reach
Rochester match

You’ve got solid stats across the board. You’d be a competitive force at pretty much every school you apply to. So long as your Essay is a reflection of your character, I’d say you’ve got a good shot into the schools your applying to. Since some of the schools you listed are pretty high up there, they tend to be kind of erratic in their acceptances. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got accepted. I’ve sent my profile information in a PM.

Duke (ED) - Competitive, High match, low reach area
Cornell CALS - High match, just because it’s competitive, but you have a great shot.
Georgetown - Mid to high match same as above.
Johns Hopkins - Same as above
Rochester - Low to mid Match
Michigan Low ish match, probably more of a safety, but some out of state-state schools are kind of random.
UPenn - Reach (just because it’s so competitive, and the Indian doesn’t help).
SUNY Binghamton - Safety.

I’m kind of jealous of your EC’s…I want your EC’s. You’re great, got all the good stats, everything. I don’t know specifics about each university, should be good for most if not all of them (sorry, I’m from CA, don’t have much experience with Eastern U’s…).

SAT scores may seem a bit weak but SAT II all good and hell how many ECs do you have? this is just a random guess but if any of your schools are looking for sharp/focused students instead of well-rounded and overachieving maybe you have a disadvantage. but this is me being pessimistic i think you’d get in to most if not all
Duke ED - reasonable reach
Cornell - ditto
Georgetown - yup
Johny - yes
and the rest pretty much in i think good luck:D

Thanks for the feedback! I know that my ECs aren’t the most focused, but I still think I focus mainly a lot on music and science/medicine, which are two passions of mine. I don’t know if admissions will see that though.

Duke- match (depending on ED)
Cornell- Low Reach
Gtown- High Match
JHU- Match
Rochester- Match
Michigan- Match
UPenn- Reach (for everyone…)
SUNY- match/safety
I am not sure of the Med programs
Good Luck and thanks for chancing me!

You have a great shot at all your schools. However, like mine, I would polish the essays just to give that extra edge for being Asian and whatnot. You have a lot of great credentials and will be fine :-)

You have very strong chances, in my opinion, at all of the schools other than the two Ivies because those are just unpredictable. Apply anyways, because you never know! Emphasize leadership.

Duke (ED): Low reach/match
Cornell CALS: Low reach/match
Georgetown: Low reach/match
Johns Hopkins: mid-reach
Rochester: Match
Michigan: Match
UPenn: Mid-reach
SUNY Binghamton: In
Hobart and William Smith (auto-admission medical program): not sure about this school
