Your scores are competitive, but your GPA is a little low. Also, your extra curriculars arent stellar. Still, I’d say you have a good shot at most of these schools, and I would be surprised if you didn’t get into at least one! Chance me back! :)

Your GPA is a teeny bit low but not bad. What did you get on your AP exams? Also you ACT score is very good just work on your extracurriculars.

I got 4 on Stat and Environmental… I’m taking Bio Calc Government Economics this year

I’m also a city lifeguard and I was a Camp Counselor if those count?

Are you from OOS for the UC schools? If you are, and if you do not request financial aid, then you should get in. Your ACT score is in the range for all these schools but your UW GPA is probably too low. Hopefully these schools will examine you in the context of your highly rated, rigorous HS.

Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1278710-chance-rural-michigan-kid-top-schools.html

There’s really nothing that indicates any level of commitment outside of your tutoring hours. You’ll be fine at average-above average schools but anything more is a stretch. I believe UCLA is a bit of a reach.
