I am really into the Quiz Bowl thing. I've been doing it since I was in 7th grade and the high school quiz bowl coach quit the school after my freshman year, I took leadership of the club after that: managing expenses, organizing the tournaments at the school and a lot of other stuff I could put for leadership.

Volunteer Experience(not much, I'll probably try and do some more over the summer):

Delaware Aerospace Education Foundation: 2009-present, about 100 hours.

SAT: 800 Math, 760 Reading, 710 Writing
Subject Tests: 800 Math II, 800 Chemistry, 800 US History

Intended Major: Chemical Engineering
Colleges Applying to:
MIT
Stanford
Princeton
Cal Berkeley
Caltech
Minnesota Twin-Cities
Wisconsin Madison
Illinois Urbana

I am Indian sub-continental and live on the east coast, if that is relevent.

I think you have a chance at all of those. You go to a prestigious school, which helps, and your GPA, SATs, SAT IIs, and ECs are at the level of many people who get into the schools you’re striving for. While they’re still reaches (they are for everyone) you do have pretty good chances. Just work on your volunteering and essays now! Those really help to distinguish you from all of the other applying high performing students.

Chance me back please! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1360777-chances-hyps-urm.html

You’ve got a good chance of getting in to at least half of those Work on your application essays and get good recommendations from your teachers.

good chances

really great grades and course rigor. your scores look solid and so do your ECs. I think what is most impressive is your dedication to quiz bowl as well as the breadth of your awards. I think you have a solid chance at all the schools you listed minus the ivies. However, I think the ivies + stanford are very realistic for you to get into. You should be able to get into 75% the schools you listed. good luck!
