Chance Me Please (with New SAT Scores)

<p>I'm applying to Rutgers, TCNJ, NYU, Cornell, Penn, Columbia, Harvard, and Princeton, all regular decision. Since SAT scores came out last week, can you chance me with my new scores?</p>

<p>General:
White male from NJ
4.420 weighted GPA on a 4.33 scale
Unranked, presumably top 5% in a class of 758</p>

<p>Standardized Tests:
2170 SAT (640 CR/800 M/730 W) after third try - should I take a fourth try to get CR up?
800 Math II
690 Latin - retaking in December
Also taking Physics and possibly US History in December</p>

<p>APs:
Junior Year: Language and Composition (4), Calculus BC (5/5 AB), US History (4), Microeconomics (4)
Senior Year: Literature and Composition, [Calculus III/Differential Equations H, weighted as AP], Physics C, European History, Psychology, Latin Vergil</p>

<p>You need a higher sat subject than 690, im sure you’ll do better. Its a reach for harvard. SO many kids apply its too arbitrary. You’ll get into most of those I think, or a ton. You’ll do great. Get that CR up.

<p>To have any chance at the Ivys I would say that your need to get at least a 700 on CR. So I would retake.</p>

<p>@DESTROYER, I’m retaking Latin in December, and then to make sure that I get another good subject test (hopefully at least another one that’s 750+) I’ll do Physics, and possibly US History.</p>

<p>And would bringing CR up to a 700 outweigh the fact that I took it a fourth time to do so? Because I know after you take it three times it’s not that great to take it anymore times.</p>
