<p>Your SAT is definitely way too low, I saw other people posting that they had 2000+ SATs and better ECs and were still deferred from Early Action</p>
<p>And then those people did not have the highest GPAs. I know people with 1800s and 1900s that got in. Try to get close to 700 on math, and 600 on reading, and I think you have a good chance. Obviously, the SAT is not your strong point. Remember, do not waste time studying for the Science on the ACT if GT is your top pick, they do not even consider it. A 30 on math and a 26 on reading will be ok for admission. If you can get a 5 on AP chem, then you are obviously smart enough to be admitted. Obviously, you should still apply to back up schools in case it does not work out.</p>
