Chance me please.

2060 SAT Score- 710 in math
750 in bio E and 760 in Math II
GPA- something like 4.09 weighted, 3.6 something UW. I do have a rising trend, GPA been increasing since sophomore year and is a 4.8 right now
EC-Just some time in environmental club.

Other than that, I got some pretty good AP Score.
5 in US History
4 in Bio
4 in Art History
I've had an A or B+ in every single AP class I've taken.
Right now I have AP Physics, Psychology, Gov, and Calculus. I got an A in every single one of them.

Maybe if I write something original in my essays and get some good teacher letters?

Your SAT is pretty low for Stanford. Your GPA isn’t that strong either, but since it is on a rising trend, that’s good. The SATIIs are fine, but not “eye-popping.”

Your ECs are pretty weak, if it is “just some time in environmental club.” Do you have a leadership position?

I guess if you do write EXTREMELY good essays, you’ll have a chance. It still may be less than an average Stanford applicant’s (b/c of your SAT and ECs).

While I think you could do the work at Stanford, they will have so many applicants with stronger stats than yours that your chances are slim. But Stanford’s admissions decisions are perhaps the least “by the numbers” of the super elite schools, so never say never.

Are you black?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
how… blunt (DISTASTEFULLY SO!)

Haha yeah, if you’re URM or legacy you’ll probably get in.

Otherwise, go for it, but don’t hold your breath.
