<p>The math1 tests elementary knowledge of trig,algebra, geometry whereas the math2 tests more advanced concepts up to precalc. If you had a good precalc class, you should go for math2 as the curve is more generous: you can score 800 with up to 8-10 mistakes as opposed to 1 mistake with math1.
