<p>It appears you are a foreign university student with top grades and a strong interest in Colgate. Of course you should apply. You will be applying as a transfer student, of course, and that may give you a small advantage. You have very good academic strengths, it seems, and the math SAT score is very good indeed. Colgate will be interested in any good foreign student and your job experience, strong academics, and the fact that you are Vietnamese will all be seen as strengths. Good luck to you.</p>
