Chance Me! Please!

I am a sophomore in high school right now and want to get a head start in my search for colleges. I'm a good student, but this year I haven't gotten the grades I have wanted to. I'm only half way through my sophomore year right now, but I think it's never too early to start thinking about College.

Freshman Grades:
English 1- A
Honors Geometry- B
Latin 1- A-
Health 1- A
Gym- A
Honors Biology- B+
Honors World History- B+
Art 2- A
Computer Literacy- A
GPA Subtotal: 3.5846

Sophomore So Far (Averaged Out):
AP US History- C
Honors Algebra 2- C (This would have been a B, but my quarter grd went from an A to a D because I did poorly on one test)
Creative Writing- A
Honors Latin 2- A
Honors Chemistry- B+ or A-
English 2- A
GPA Average subtotal:3.2

I still have 2 classes (gym and painting) that will be added on next semester
I intend to bring my gpa up a lot in the 3rd and 4th quarter of school. I want atleast a B in APUSH and a B in Honors Algebra 2. The rest I think I can make an A. Hopefully my gpa will be atleast a 3.5 by the end of the year or higher.

Extracurricular So Far:
Volunteer at Local Festival selling tickets
Yearbook Club (very active member)
Attendance to a science oriented camp over the summer last yr, and 'graduated' from it
Dance (its a traditional dance which i got a bachelor's degree in, which you have to do this dance class for 7-8 years to get)
Volunteering at a Children's Museum
President: Latin Club (as a sophomore)
Performing in School Musical

This is what I have for now, but I am going to add a lot to that list.

Colleges I hope to attend/apply to:
Georgetown University
NYU
Columbia
Princeton
University of Miami
UCLA
UC Berkley
Stanford
Brown
BU
Carnegie Mellon
etc...

Please tell me my chances and what I'd need to do to get into some schools like that!

Your GPA isn’t really strong enough for Stanford and the Ivies. Junior year’s only going to get harder for you. But if you can get your GPA up and get nice SAT scores, I’d say you have a solid chance at NYU, UCB, Georgetown, and Carnegie.
