Pretty sure/hoping my essays are nice- had a lot of counseling
Top tier school
10-11th UC unweighted: 3.3 (Pretty much straight B's sophomore year :( (3.6-ish weighted)
10-11th UC weighted: 3.91-3.92 (Really stepped it up in junior year- around 4.25)

Oh and for privates just kinda curious...USC, NYU, BC, WashU, Northwestern, Vanderbilt
SAT: 2140 superscore (800, 690, 650)
GPA: around a 3.85~ weighted

Wait… so out of the 9 APs you took, you only passed 3?
Your SAT2 Scores and your ACT are pretty good.
But if you only passed 3/9 AP tests… Then colleges may think there was some major grade inflation o.o

UCI and UCSB should be cakez for you. Not sure about UCLA or B
USC… Solid app could go either way and not sure about the others.

No, I meant 9 AP and Honors combined between 10-11th grade. I took 3 APs in junior year. Passed all. Currently taking 5 APs. So it totals to 14 APs/Honors.

Well if you live in California, you’re golden for UCI and UCSB. I know that UCLA takes a certain percentage of applying students from each solid California high school (the number at my school is about 22%), and then there’s a chance at Berkeley. I think it pretty much depends on how you did at your school compared to other people. You took a bunch of AP’s, but if people at your school pulled it off with higher grades, then I’m not sure. Taking that many classes and then not passing the tests is interesting-looking, but then I know that they’d also rather you take the test and not pass than not take it.

Anywho, I wish you luck!

Thanks. I passed them though lol…

Bump…
