<p>really? with over 63,000 applicants this year, im not so confident 
also, i am not part of ELC, but i do know that many kids from my school that are in ELC have automatic admission to UCSB but are not choosing to attend, which means there should be a lot of open spaces for appeal applicants? do you know the appeal % rate?</p>
