Can anyone help? Oh and I just got sat 2 grades: math II:730 us history:720

Hello Volleyball. I’ll start by saying that I hate the whole concept of “chancing” but I understand people trying to get an opinion on where they stand. Do not let anyone’s opinion dash your hopes or get you too excited. Someone in admissions is the only person really qualified to give you an accurate opinion. That said…

I think your SATs are better than good enough. All your APs probably give you a very good weighted GPA. There is nothing exciting about your stats but they are very, very good. UR really looks at the whole picture though. Your essay is your opportunity to show Admissions that you are someone that they want on campus. Consider it a job interview. Make sure you sell yourself through your story or creativity. My daughter had above average stats but nothing amazing. I believe her essay is what put her over the line. She will be a sophomore at UR this year and absolutely loves it there.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes!
