Chance me please

Here is my profile:
-Hispanic Male
-Public HS in CA, Top 10% of class
-3.76 UW, 3.8 W GPA (I had a poor freshman year, but got a 4.0 both semesters junior year)
-SAT 1=1840 (620 Reading, 560 Math {laugh all you want}, 660 Writing) Math is my strongest subject in school, but for some reason I can't do well on the SAT math.
-I'll be taking the ACT next fall
-3 years Varsity tennis, volunteering at a tennis and tutoring program at Stanford for 2 summers, 4 years of starting and running a camp for kids in the summer, full time job during the summer at a bakery doing deliveries and managing marketing this summer and next.

I am interested in a business major, not quite sure about a specific thing yet.

Please chance me to these schools:
-University of Washington
-UC Davis, Irvine, or SB
-Cal Poly
-University of San Diego, LMU, and Santa Clara Univ.
-Southern Methodist University

I have some others but they are of low interest to me. Thanks

UWashington - probably, but good luck getting aid from OOS Publics
Davis - if you get your math score up, it’s a good match.
Irvine - you’re right in line statistically.
Santa Barbara - a solid reach. popularity has gone up in recent years so it’s getting increasingly more difficult, but with stellar essays, you may be able to squeeze in.
CalPoly - good chances if you get that math score up, about the same as Davis.
USD - match, about the same as Irvine. Possibly will get better aid due to being a URM at a private school
LMU - a little more likely than USD. still a match, but will probably get more aid.
Santa Clara - if you get your SATs up a little bit, it could be a solid safety. still pretty good chances as is, but if you can get both CR and M to a 650 you’ll be in more than great shape, and will probably get a lot more money.
SMU - similar to Davis. get that math score up and you’ll be in good shape.

Thanks Kyle. Do you think if they saw my good grades that I have gotten in high school math courses it will somewhat make up for my not so good math score?

hm… not 100% sure but i think they view them completely separately. they recognize how different it is. i’m not exceptional at math but i was able to get a 700. it’s a different style of math, so i think they’d view them as separate entities.

Do you really think UCSB is harder to get into than Davis and Irvine? I live in California and it seems the other way around.

as of now. UCSB has a HUGE surge of applications this year, and thus, the average GPA went up to about 4.01. It’s all relative, but at this point it’s practically at the same level of selectivity as UCSD.
