<p>What grade are you going into? And a 180 PSAT doesn’t translate to a 2200</p>

<p>If you get a projected 2200 on the SAT, then I think you have a fairly high chance of getting into Duke</p>

<p>Patriotsfan1, I’m going to be a junior. That was my first ever PSAT. I did prep all year since then and from doing full SAT practice tests I have scored around a 2200 (they were all from college board).</p>

<p>Oh alright that makes sense then. If you can pull off something around that on the real SAT and continue to do well you should have a good shot at Duke and other top tier schools</p>
